Day Care Fees - 2008-2009

Day Care Hours:

7:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for Kindergarten

7:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for grades 1st- 6th

Flat Rate:

The flat rate is payable through FACTS and is due on the 5th or the 20th with your tuition.

Full Flat Rate:

This fee covers the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 6:00p.m. In addition, it also covers partial days and any school holiday where the school is providing day care.

AM Care:

This flat rate covers the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. every school day partial days and A.M. care on school holidays.

PM Care:

This flat rate covers the hours of 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. every school day, partial days and P.M. care on school holidays.

School Holidays:

The fee for school holidays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. is $15.00 per child. Hours before 8:00 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m. will be charged either flat rate or $4.00 per hour. If you pay the Full Flat Rate day care fee, you will not be charged for holidays.

Hourly/Minimum Rate:

The hourly rate for day care is $4.00 per hour, with a minimum of $8.00 per month.

Overtime:

Children who are not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be subject to a special charge of $2.00 per minute. While on the surface this may appear extreme, we at school are faced with a problem of supplying supervisory personnel after 6:00 p.m. on these days. Thus the charge is not meant to be harsh – but only to reinforce priorities.

Preschool Daycare Fees:

Children who are in either Preschool or JK pay for fees after 3:00pm.
