Homework

* Homework will not be posted on the website, as I assign worksheets. 

* Homework is given every week.  Homework packets go home on Mondays and contain the homework for the entire week.  (Please note that not all  the work should be done on Monday.  Please do homework according to what is assigned each day.  Often there is homework assigned that will not be taught until later in the week.)

* All homework contains material that has been covered in class.  Therefore, students should able to complete all the work on their own.  I will also go over the homework with the students everyday.  However, students may forget and need help re-reading the directions.

* Please do not do the homework for your child.  This is a chance for the students to get extra practice that is often needed.

* Homework is due on Fridays at 8:20am.  I do take off credit for late homework.  If your child will be absent on Friday, the homework is due Thursday.  I will take late homework if a child was sick or if there are extenuating circumstances.

* Homework is graded.  I check to see if the homework is: complete, neat, and correct.
